| Q | Do I have to buy separate ports of the same game? What a ripoff! |
| A | No, you don't have to buy a Linux version and a Windows version if you want both. Just buy one and then send us a message using our Contact form, and we'll be happy to send you the appropriate extra binaries. Be sure to include your order number in the message. |
|
| Q | Why don't you just put all the ports in the same distribution? |
| A | We thought about doing that, but the fact is, most people just want one version, so it's easier to keep them separate. |
|
| Q | What's with the huge downloads? Some of us are still on 56K you know! |
| A | Ah, another sticky question. Well, games of such wonderous variety as ours need a lot of space for sprites and other graphics. Believe me, we tried all kinds of things to cut the final distribution size and finally settled on a target of around 17MB for a "reduced" download without the Ogg music. Any more cuts and the game would be left incomplete, a shell of its former self.
All in all, on 56K it's about an hour's worth of downloading. Come on, give it a try. I promise it's not a complete waste of time, and you can just have a cup of coffee or work on that Great American Novel of yours while you're waiting.

| Q | How come there isn't a contact email on your website? Are you shy or something? |
| A | No, not at all. We'd be happy to hand out our contact emails to most of you fine folks out there. It's just those few rotten apples that spoil the bunch (Isn't it always?). You know who I'm talking about: spammers, harvesters, malware writers, and the like. If you'd like to talk to us, just use our handy Contact form.

| Q | Can I use my saved games from the Demo Version with the Full Version? |
| A | Definitely. Just install the Full Version on top of the Demo Version and load up those saves. All will be good.
Don't try loading Full Version save games with the Demo Version, though. That will certainly not work, and will probably just crash the program immediately.

| Q | I can't take this fullscreen mode! Can't I run the game in a window? |
| A | Of course! In the Options:Gameplay menu, you can toggle fullscreen operation. In MS Windows, you'll have to restart the game for the change to take effect.
In the MacOS X version, however, there will not be any windowed mode support. Tough break, I know. Our apologies to all Mac users and abusers out there.

|
| Q | I installed the Full Version and my control settings were reset! What's the deal with that? |
| A | Oh yeah, sorry about that. All of the preferences get set back to defaults on each install and need to be reset. Hey, at least your save games and high scores are still there.
