When enemies threaten to overwhelm with sheer numbers, the Banish spell comes to the rescue. It is capable of ejecting lower Demons from the realm en masse, thinning their ranks in a heartbeat.
Many Sorcerors have made the mistake of trying Banish solitary Demons, not realizing that the spell works reliably only on groups. Wasting energy in this manner is now specifically prohibited under Article 101, Section 213 of the Sorceror's Code.
