Bombs have become so commonplace among Demons that Sorcerors created the Defuse spell specifically to combat them. Any such devices present when the spell is cast are disassembled.
In addition, the Defuse spell destabilizes bombs still carried by the Demons. Those of them who don't manage to throw away their bombs in time are destroyed.
In this way, the caster can be assured of a bomb-free battlefield, always a hit with Sorcerors who hate surprises (which is most of them).
