The Disintegrate spell allows a Sorceror to remove troublesome or dangerous obstacles from his path. It projects a matter-reducing sphere capable of completely eradicating objects within seconds, leaving behind only traces of fine dust.
Disintegrate has no effect on sentient beings, all of which possess sufficient Lifeforce to ward off its effects. It is similarly ineffective against objects that exist in multiple planes simultaneously.
