Escape is a highly specialized transport spell designed to remove a Sorceror from the field of battle, circumventing the restricting fields used by Demons to cage their intended prey.
Gathering the energy necessary for the spell to operate requires time, during which the caster is helpless to defend himself. Care must be taken that any enemies that are nearby do not take advantage of this momentary vulnerability.
Initially improvised after the first invasion of the Demons, Escape has been so refined over the centuries that Sorcerors can now be trained to cast it on Willforce alone, obviating the need for a Spell Focus.
